Who processes your data

What we collect

The email address you enter in the form in order to receive the report.

The address of the scanned website and the scan result: detected barriers, their count, and fragments of that site's publicly available HTML.

Whether you opted in to one follow-up message with implementation help.

We do not collect data about visitors to the scanned website. The scan reads only public HTML, the same way a search engine does.

Why we use it

To send the report to the address you provided and make it available at an individual link.

To get in touch about the full scan if you ask us to.

The legal basis is performance of the service you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for follow-up contact, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Who we share it with

Supabase — database storage (servers in the European Union).

Resend — email delivery.

Vercel — application hosting.

Each of these providers processes data solely on our instructions. We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Scan results and email addresses are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

On request we delete the data without undue delay.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing.

You can withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

A message to [adres kontaktowy] is enough.

You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The application uses no third-party analytics.
